Lavender Lemonade: The Anti-Headache Treat

Lavender, an aromatic herb, has somehow managed to stay under the radar of health enthusiasts, even though it has incredible medicinal properties and calming powers. Anybody who is interested in natural health should be adding more lavender to their diet. How, you ask? One simple way is to make your own lavender lemonade.

Hiding under that intoxicating smell, lavender is a very chemically complex plant. It has anti-inflammatory, anti-fugal, antidepressant, antibacterial, antispasmodic, analgesic, detoxifier and sedative powers.
