All foods have calories. Some, however, have so few, that they are considered “free” foods by certain diet plans, meaning that you can eat as much as you want of them without guilt or consequence. If you’re on a diet and need a snack, these options are perfect. They’ll leave you satiated, with minimal caloric intake. Do not, however, take this recommendation as a license to eat heaping amounts of any of these foods. Eat responsibly.
